Clinical Risk Management :
Partnering with clients to provide proven hands-on approaches that enhance clinical care and delivery; 
Improving communication and documentation; 
Driving quality regulatory outcomes; 
Increasing staff assessment and competency skills; 
Expanding the clients’ knowledge of developing and implementing policies and procedures;
Implementing best clinical risk management practices driving reductions in incident frequency and severity.

Loss Prevention:
Interacting with clients to assess property,  auto, and workers compensation exposure that drive losses;
Designing solutions to best mitigate risk thus reducing potential loss; 
Providing support related to preparation for and responses to OSHA inspections ;
Offering a web-based risk management platform containing policy and procedure templates as well as training curriculum ; 
Developing/enhancing safety programs.

Alternative Risk Placement:
Assessing appropriateness of alternate risk solutions such as captive insurers, self-insurance, large deductible casualty plans;
Designing alternative risk funding mechanisms to supplement or replace existing commercially available programs;
Overseeing the formation and on-going management of captive insurance companies including but not limited to actuarial and financial analysis, regulatory filings, and TPA selection and performance. 

Third Party Claims Administration:
Providing proactive and responsive claims management based upon a client-specific performance document developed in cooperation with the client’s risk-management director;
Selecting, monitoring and interacting with panel counsel consistent with the guidelines established by the client;
Conducting case review meetings with clients, including auditing files/legal bills;
Compiling and reporting losses in formats and frequencies developed with the client;
Attending settlement negotiations, mediation, and trials;
Managing regulatory reporting.

Claims Advocacy:
Partnering with clients and insurers to enhance communications and expectation resulting in more efficient and satisfactory claims handling;
Facilitating periodic reviews of loss information in-house as well as conducting claim file review with adjustors to drive a claim closure strategy; 
Engaging with company-based and independent adjustors to mitigate costs on large losses.
